Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-464 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. LRRTM1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of brain tissue lysate Lane 1: 15 ug of mouse testis tissue lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of SH-SY5Y lysate Result: OC-464 can detect LRRTM1 by Western blotting.
