Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-479 at 0.5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. RPL5 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HT-29 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of A-431 lysate Lane 4: 15 ug of MOLT-4 lysate Lane 5: 15 ug of Jurkat lysate Lane 6: 15 ug of U-2 OS lysate Lane 7: 15 ug of PC-3 lysate Lane 8: 15 ug of U-251MG lysate Lane 9: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate Lane 10: 15 ug of mouse heart tissue lysate Result: OC-479 can detect RPL5 by Western blotting.
