Immunohistochemistry: Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue using Aldolase antibody.
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3040 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. ALDOA band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of K-562 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of NIH/3T3 lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Result: RC-3040 can detect ALDOA by Western blotting.
