Immunocytochemistry analysis of HOXB4 (green) in K562 using HOXB4 antibody,and DAPI(blue).
Western Blot: 15 ug of K-562 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3044 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. HOXB4 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: RC-3044 can detect HOXB4 by Western blotting.
