Immunocytochemistry analysis of Presenilin 1 (green) in SKOV-3 using Presenilin 1 antibody,and DAPI(blue).
Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3047 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. PSEN1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: RC-3047 can detect PSEN1 by Western blotting.
