Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of liver tissue by ABAT antibody. IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver tissue.
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3052 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. ABAT band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of MCF7 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of mouse liver tissue lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate Result: RC-3052 can detect ABAT by Western blotting.
