Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of lung tissue by CSF1 antibody. IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded lung tissue.
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3053 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CSF1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of Caco-2 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of Jurkat lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of K-562 lysate Result: RC-3053 can detect CSF1 by Western blotting.
