Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of breast cancer tissue by AQP1 antibody. IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded breast cancer tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of rat kidney tissue lysate and 15 ug of mouse lung tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3056 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. AQP1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of rat kidney tissue lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of mouse lung tissue lysate Result: RC-3056 can detect AQP1 by Western blotting.
