Immunocytochemistry analysis of alpha Internexin (green) in hela using alpha Internexin antibody,and DAPI(blue).
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by INA antibody. IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3057 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. INA band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: RC-3057 can detect INA by Western blotting.
