Immunocytochemistry analysis of EWSR1(green) in Hela using EWSR1 antibody,and DAPI(blue)
Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 10 uL of RC-3064 with HeLa lysate containing 200 ug of total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. EWSR1 (RC-3064) with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was Rabbit IgG. Lane 1: HeLa lysate Lane 2: EWSR1 immunoprecipitated from HeLa lysate by RC-3064 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but Rabbit IgG was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: RC-3064 can immunoprecipitate EWSR1.
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3064 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. EWSR1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of NIH/3T3 lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate Result: RC-3064 can detect EWSR1 by Western blotting.
