Immunocytochemistry analysis of Vimentin (green) in Hela using Vimentin antibody,and DAPI(blue).
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of tonsil tissue by VIM antibody. IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tonsil tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of NIH/3T3 lysate and 15 ug of HeLa lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3066 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. VIM band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of NIH/3T3 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Result: RC-3066 can detect VIM by Western blotting.
