Western Blot: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expressing GFP-tagged TSPAN7) and 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3067 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. GFP-tagged protein band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate (transfected with a construct expreessing GFP tagged TSPAN7) Lane 2: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate Result: RC-3067 can detect GFP-tag by Western blotting.
