Immunocytochemistry analysis of Prostaglandin D Synthase (green) in K562 using Prostaglandin D Synthase antibody,and DAPI(blue).
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of lung cancer tissue by PTGDS antibody. IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded lung cancer tissue.
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3078 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. PTGDS band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of K-562 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of NIH/3T3 lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Result: RC-3078 can detect PTGDS by Western blotting.
