Immunocytochemistry analysis of FOXA1 (green) in MCF-7 using FOXA1 antibody,and DAPI(blue)
Western Blot: 15 ug of T-47D lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3081 with a dilution ratio of 1:1500 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. FOXA1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: RC-3081 can detect FOXA1 by Western blotting.
