Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of colorectal cancer tissue by ANXA6 antibody. IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded colorectal cancer tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of NIH/3T3 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3090 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. ANXA6 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: RC-3090 can detect ANXA6 by Western blotting.
