Western Blot: 15 ug of mouse spleen tissue lysate and 15 ug of mouse skin tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3091 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Itgam band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of mouse spleen tissue lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of mouse skin tissue lysate Result: RC-3091 can detect Itgam by Western blotting.
