Western Blot: 15 ug of HeLa lysate and 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3096 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. SOX10 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of Hela lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate Result: RC-3096 can detect SOX10 by Western blotting.
