Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of lymph node tissue by CD1D antibody. IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded lymph node tissue.
Western Blot: 30 ug of THP-1 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3798 with a dilution ratio of 1:500 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CD1D band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: RC-3798 can detect CD1D by Western blotting.
