Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of liver tissue by VTN antibody . IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate and 15 ug of HeLa lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3842 with a dilution ratio of 1:1000 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. VTN band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Result: RC-3842 can detect VTN by Western blotting.
