Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of liver tissue by RBP4 antibody. IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3848 with a dilution ratio of 1:1000 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. RBP4 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: RC-3848 can detect RBP4 by Western blotting.
