Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of liver cancer tissue by CD8A antibody. IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver cancer tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Ramos lysate and 15 ug of Raji lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3902 with a dilution ratio of 1:1000 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CD8A band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of Ramos lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of Raji lysate Result: RC-3902 can detect CD8A by Western blotting.
