Western Blot: 15 ug of PC-3 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3942 with a dilution ratio of 1:1000 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL2RA band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: RC-3942 can detect IL2RA by Western blotting.
