Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-4422 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TFRC band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of SK-OV-3 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of HCT116 lysate Lane 4: 15 ug of Jurkat lysate Lane 5: 15 ug of K-562 lysate Result: RC-4422 can detect TFRC by Western blotting.
