Immunocytochemistry analysis of SMARCC1 (green) in HT-1080 using SMARCC1 antibody,and DAPI(blue).
Western Blot: 15 ug of K-562 lysate and 15 ug of HeLa lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-4888 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. SMARCC1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of K-562 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Result: RC-4888 can detect SMARCC1 by Western blotting.
