Immunocytochemistry analysis of G3BP(green) in Hela using G3BP antibody,and DAPI(blue)
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-7037 at ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. G3BP1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of K-562 lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of A-431 lysate Lane 4: 15 ug of A549 lysate Lane 5: 15 ug of Ramos lysate Lane 6: 15 ug of HEK-293 lysate Lane 7: 15 ug of Jurkat lysate Lane 8: 15 ug of PC-3 lysate Lane 9: 15 ug of Caco-2 lysate Lane 10: 15 ug of Raji lysate Result: RC-7037 can detect G3BP1 by Western blotting.
