Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of prostate cancer tissue by ANKRD55 antibody (K52072_9F12). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded prostatic cancer tissue.
Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug of K52072_9F12 with rat liver tissue lysate containing 200 ug of total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. ANKRD55 (K52072_9F12) at 0.25 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: Rat liver tissue lysate Lane 2: ANKRD55 immunoprecipitated from rat liver tissue lysate by K52072_9F12 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: K52072_9F12 can immunoprecipitate ANKRD55.
Western Blot: 15 ug of rat liver tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K52072_9F12 at 0.25 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. ANKRD55 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K52072_9F12 can detect ANKRD55 by Western blotting.
