Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of placenta tissue by TPP1 antibody (K1H013_12G7). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded placenta tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K1H013_12G7 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TPP1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K1H013_12G7 can detect TPP1 by Western blotting.
