Western Blot: 15 ug of mouse testis tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K1H006_6E6 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific) was used as the secondary antibody. METTL15P1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K1H006_6E6 can detect METTL15P1 by Western blotting.
