This recombinant protein contains Asp20-Lys452 of UniProt F1BA47. It has a C-10xHis tag and was expressed from HEK293. The protein's calculated molecular weight is 49.1 kDa, but migrates at 50-55 kDa under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
