This recombinant protein contains Met1-Gln323 of UniProt Q66478. It has an N-10xHis tag and was expressed from InsectCells. The protein's calculated molecular weight is 37.1 kDa, but migrates at 65 kDa under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
