This recombinant protein contains Val20-ILe486 of UniProt P11236. It has a C-10xHis tag and was expressed from HEK293. The protein's calculated molecular weight is 51.9 kDa, but migrates at 53-63 kDa under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
