This recombinant protein contains Asn18-Arg795 and Leu23-Gln160 of UniProt Q775J3. It has a C-Twin Strep and a C-10xHis tag on each chain and was expressed from HEK293. The protein's calculated molecular weight is 90.2 kDa & 17 kDa, but migrates at 110-130 kDa under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
