This recombinant protein contains Met1-Asp142 of GISAID EPI_ISL_19093812. It has a Strep Tag and a HSA tag at the N-terminus and a His tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 88.7 kDa and migrates at 95-100 kDa in reducing SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
