This recombinant protein contains Ala31-Arg278 & Arg24-Leu719(H & L) & Glu28-Gln171(UL128) & Ser26-Val214(UL130) & Gln19-Asn129(UL131) of Uniprot accession numbers Q6SW67 & F5HCH8 (H and L) & V9LLX6 (UL128) & F5HCP3 (UL130) & F5HET4 (UL131). It has a twin strep tag and a His tag. The protein has a calculated MW of 110.8 kDa (H&L) & 16.7 kDa (UL128) & 23.7 kDa (UL130) & 13.0 kDa (UL131) and migrates at 15 kDa, 35 kDa and 130 kDa in reducing SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
