Human Erythropoietin R & CD131 Protein, Fc Tag&Fc Tag is produced by co-expression of Erythropoietin R and CD131, has a calculated MW of 51.3 kDa (Erythropoietin R) & 74.9 kDa (CD131). Subunit Erythropoietin R is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus and subunit CD131 is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein migrates at 55-60 kDa and 80-95 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
