This recombinant protein contains Met1-Val158 of Uniprot P06463. It has a twin strep tag and a MBP tag at the N-terminus, followed by a His tag. The protein has a calculated MW of 65.6 kDa and migrates at 65 kDa in reducing SDS-PAGE.
