This recombinant protein contains His20-Glu351 of UniProt P25213. It has a C-10xHis tag and was expressed from HEK293. The protein's calculated molecular weight is 40.3 kDa, but migrates at 50-65 kDa under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
