Elisa plates were pre-coated with C-Flag&Strep Tag CXCR4-Strep-Nanodisc (0.2 ug/per well). Serial diluted anti-CXCR4 monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-CXCR4 monoclonal antibody binding with CXCR4-Strep-Nanodisc is 9.840 ng/mL.
