Human GPRC5D Full Length Transmembrane Protein (PeptiNanodisc) with C-Flag Tag

Nanodiscs consist of full-length transmembrane proteins that are embedded in lipid bilayers and stabilized by scaffold materials, such as MSPs or polymers. However, this format may not be ideal for certain cellular experiments because the lipid content tends to fuse with cell membranes. PeptiNanodisc is a lipid-free system that uses synthetic peptides to shield the hydrophobic regions of membrane proteins during purification.
