SDS-PAGE anaylsysis of AQP4-M23 synthetic nanodisc
Elisa plates were coated with C-Flag tagged AQP4-M23-Nanodisc (0.2 ug/per well). Serial diluted anti-Flag monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-Flag monoclonal antibody binding with AQP4-M23-Nanodisc is 2.632 ng/ml.
