Elisa plates were pre-coated with Human FLT1 Protein with hFc Tag (0.2ug/per well). Serial diluted Biotinylated Anti-FLT1 (icrucumab biosimilar) mAb solutions were added, washed, and incubated with SA-HRP before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for Biotinylated Anti-FLT1 (icrucumab biosimilar)monoclonal antibody binding with FLT1 Protein ,hFc Tag is 15.9 ng/ml.
