ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT26 at 5.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CSF3 (Cat. P00197PC) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CSF3 monoclonal antibody (KT27) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT26 and KT27 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CSF3 .
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human CSF3 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto PVDF membrane. KT26 at 1 ug/mL was used as primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody. CSF3 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: KT26 can detect recombinant human CSF3 by Western blotting.
