ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT26 at 5.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CSF3 (Cat. P00197PC) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CSF3 monoclonal antibody (KT27) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT27 and KT26 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CSF3 .
