Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of cerebellum tissue by DGKZ antibody (K49027_7F9). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded cerebellum tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49027_7F9 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. DGKZ band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K49027_7F9 can detect DGKZ by Western blotting.
