Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of tonsil tissue by CD74 antibody (K52031_20B2). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tonsil tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of Raji lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K52031_20B2 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CD74 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K52031_20B2 can detect CD74 by Western blotting.
