Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of mouse brain tissue by CREB1 antibody (K40043_4C6). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of testis tissue by CREB1 antibody (K40043_4C6). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded testis tissue.
Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug of K40043_4C6 with U-2 OS lysate containing 200 ug of total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. CREB1 (K40043_13E6) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: U-2 OS lysate Lane 2: CREB1 immunoprecipitated from U-2 OS lysate by K40043_4C6 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: K40043_4C6 can immunoprecipitate CREB1.
