Cross reactivity test: Microtiter wells were coated with various peptides. K06242_12A7 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Result: K06242_12A7 reacts with KRT9, KRT10, KRT13, KRT14, KRT15, KRT16, KRT17, KRT19, and KRT23. K06242_12A7 does not cross-react with KRT18 and KRT20.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of skin tissue by panKRT10 antibody (K06242_12A7). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded skin tissue.
