Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue by KRT10 antibody (K16228_7A8). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of skin tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K16228_7A8 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. KRT10 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K16228_7A8 can detect KRT10 by Western blotting.
