ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K92033_5D11 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CXCL12 (Cat. PP-3056) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CXCL12 monoclonal antibody (K92033_9D8) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K92033_5D11 and K92033_9D8 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CXCL12 .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of tonsil tissue by CXCL12 antibody (K92033_5D11). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tonsil tissue.
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human CXCL12 (Cat. PP-3056) wase run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92033_5D11 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CXCL12 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K92033_5D11 can detect CXCL12 by Western blotting.
