ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K1E006_3F11 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL16 (Cat. PP-457) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL16 monoclonal antibody (K1E006_6H10) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K1E006_6H10 and K1E006_3F11 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL16 .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of tonsil tissue by IL16 antibody (K1E006_6H10). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tonsil tissue.
Western Blot: 15 ug of tonsil tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K1E006_6H10 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL16 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K1E006_6H10 can detect IL16 by Western blotting.
